A venue coordinator and a personal wedding coordinator are not the same thing
Many venues do have a venue coordinator, and that is valuable. Their role is usually to manage the venue's operations, venue rules, staff flow, and venue-specific logistics.
Our role is different.
We work for you throughout the planning process and on the wedding day itself. That means we help with the parts couples often carry alone — timelines, guest flow, supplier communication, layouts, practical decision-making, and problem-solving. On the day, we are on site from the morning until the end of the function so that any issues are handled by us, not brought directly to the bride or groom.

All paid planning packages from Day-of Coordination upward include access to the BIG Buds Wedding Planning Tool, together with practical planning support designed to make the process more organised, more manageable, and less stressful.
If you start with the Digital Planning Tool and later upgrade to a planning package, your R1 500 tool fee will be deducted from the package price.
